According to a report published by TeamTalk, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe believes Elliott would be an ideal fit for the St. James' Park system.
The report indicated that Howe believes Elliott has the skills and attributes that make him an excellent option for Newcastle in the summer transfer window.
Liverpool is refusing to disclose Elliott's asking price, preferring instead to listen to offers for his services.
Harvey Elliott's market value, according to Transfermarkt, is estimated at €35 million, and it will be interesting to see what his next move would be if he were to leave Liverpool.
Elliott, 21, is a central midfielder. His contract with Liverpool expires in June 2027.
Elliott was promoted to the Liverpool first team in July 2021 and has since made 140 appearances in all competitions, scoring 14 goals and providing 16 assists.
