This secured a spot in the Finals, awaiting the winner of the New York Knicks-Boston Celtics matchup, in which the Knicks lead 3-1.
Meanwhile, the regular-season leaders, Oklahoma City Thunder, led the Denver Nuggets 3-2 after winning Game 5 by 7 points, 112-105.
