Mosimane to lead South Africa
The South African Football Association (SAFA) has reached an agreement with Pitso Mosimane for a second stint as head coach of the national team, succeeding Belgian Hugo Broos, who resigned following South Africa's elimination from the 2026 World Cup Round of 32.
SAFA President Danny Jordaan said in a statement on Saturday that Mosimane was the choice, but "there are still some outstanding matters to be resolved... We will officially announce the coach's name next week."
