Cincinnati Plans to Sign Müller

FC Cincinnati has made an offer to sign German striker Thomas Müller, whose contract with Bayern Munich expires after the Club World Cup currently underway in the United States.
Cincinnati CEO Jeff Berding told German newspaper Bild on Tuesday: "We made him a good offer and spoke with his representatives. In the end, he has many options, and we will respect his decision and his representatives if he chooses another place. That's part of the world of football."
Müller's contract with Bayern Munich will expire after the end of the tournament in which his team is participating, as he has not received a renewal offer. This brings to an end his 25-year stay with the Bavarian club.
Berding added: "We have the ability to win titles, and Thomas Müller has a winning mentality and has already won many titles. I think he will fit in perfectly."
Müller did not elaborate on his future plans, but admitted that he wants to use the Club World Cup to explore new options. "Of course, it's an opportunity for me," he said in previous press statements. "If we continue on our path in the tournament until the end, we will play in many cities in the United States."
