Billiards Federation Launches World Championship Tickets
The Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation has launched tickets for the 2025 World Billiards Championship, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia from July 21 to 26 at the Green Halls in Jeddah.
This edition is the largest in the history of the 9-ball tournament, with 128 of the world's elite billiard players participating, along with a prize fund of $1 million.
The tournament, which is being held as part of the Jeddah Season, is an extension of the previous edition hosted by Saudi Arabia, which drew a large crowd.
The tournament is expected to feature high-level competition, headlined by defending champion and world number one Fedor Gorst, alongside a group of former world champions, including Shane Van Boning, Francisco Sanchez Ruiz, Joshua Filler, Koo Pin-Yi, and Carlo Biado. The tournament will also feature 16 players from Saudi Arabia and the region, who have been specially invited to participate in this global event. As part of its efforts to support and develop emerging talent, the tournament will coincide with the Saudi Junior Championship, a significant opportunity to inspire the new generation of players and motivate them to develop their skills, as part of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
